I am glad you found your way to my blog site. This is my second attempt at writing regularly. The first time around I was still living in the world of SharePoint on-premises, now I work with Microsoft 365. The cloud has arrived! And with it, almost constant updates, which force us / give us the chance to re-assess how to use the tool.

I plan to write about Microsoft 365 topics from an Adoption & Change point of view. I love the technology, but I can’t help it, my thoughts are immediately with the business users:

  • How will the update affect business users?
  • What are possible scenarios in which to use a new feature?
  • What needs to be communicated?
  • Do we need to train?

In addition, I plan to write about Adoption & Change in general, because it’s about the people!
